Select your choice(s) from the Product Catalog page. Please print or clearly write the Product Name and corresponding product order number (eg BTC001) and send together with your Postal Order made out to Byron Chai for the amount. Please retain a copy of your order and your Australia Post receipt.

Please be sure to include your name, return shipping address and also a contact telephone number.

You should receive your order within 4 to 12 working days from when we receive your payment.

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Direct Deposit

* NOTE: we receive many transfers - please make sure your name is included in the “account description” or reference space provided for EFT. Keep a printed or email copy of your transaction for your own records.

Please email us at chai@byronchai.com.au with notification of your order. Include the Product Name and corresponding product order number (eg BTC001) and send together with details of your EFT or Direct Deposit Transaction Date. DO NOT send attachments as they will not be opened.
